Its seven degrees again I suppose, but anyway -

Billy Connolly was in a band with Gerry Rafferty
Rafferty worked with Mark Knopfler
Knopfler played on Phil Lynotts 'Kings Call'
Lynott played alongside Cozy Powell for a Gary Moore appearance on 'The Old Grey Whistle Test'
Cozy was in Black Sabbath
Tony Iommi played with Lee Dorrian

Wesley Willis.

Jello Biafra is the obvious choice for this one. I'm too lazy to do it though.

Willis' band, The Wesley Willis Fiasco, featured drummer Brendan Murphy of The Jesus Lizard.
The Jesus Lizard's Duane Denison played in Tomahawk with Mike Patton.
Mike Patton played in Faith No More with Billy Gould.
Billy Gould was in Brujeria as is Shane Embury.

I thought that would be via Jello Biafra.

Nice work in Chris Lowe FoE.

Did he? I know he sang a Willis cover. Did they "sing" together?

Which song? I meant a connection via Wesley being on Alternative Tentacles, I forgot people are meant to have played together in this thread.

I think that went out the window a while back, judging by some of the links.

"Rock & roll McDonalds" is what I've heard him do with Melvins.

And a brilliant cover it is too.

I worked Sawickis out a while ago when walking the dog, but just couldn't be bothered posting it.

Mark Sawickis was in Impetigo with Stevo Dobbins.
Stevo Dobbins is in Tombstones with Elektokutioner.
Elektrokutioner is in Foreboding with Stockholm DM packhorse Rogga Johansson.
Rogga Johansson is in more bands than a sane person should even care about, most of which have involved Dan Swano in some form, most notably playing drums for Ribspreader.
Dan Swano is in Bloodbath, as was Peter Tagtgren.
Petey boy is in Lock-Up with Shane.
