Like opeth playing opeth songs in the style of someone else. And there's nothing to hold my interest with it.

but, if siriously, i agree with you. New Opeth sounds like mix of "Anathema + lynyrd skynyrd"

Weighing in with a massive 16 of that list... it's not a bad list at all, really

I've heard the Mastodon, The Devin Townsend Project, Altar Of Plagues, WITTR, 40 Watt Sun, Machine Head and YOB albums. The only one I'd be bothered about is Mastodon.

If you cunts don't have Trap Them or All Pigs Must Die, you're all useless and should delete yourself from the internet.

'The Hunter', 'Ghost' and 'David Comes To Life' are good albums, 'Deconstruction' is good bordering on great, and 'End Time', 'Sonic Mass' and 'Pain Is A Warning' are bloody superb.

Would like to hear the Autopsy, Trap Them, WTTR and Tombs as well but I, er, haven't as yet.

I'm loath to agree with this fully even though it screams truth. He did SYL, see? and for that he can get away with a LOT.

I have four, but have listened to about 15 of those.

One obvious omission...and I'm really surprised to see Steven Wilson in there. Great album, but it's hardly Terrorizer material.

Nor is Ghost, but apparently cause it was released at the same time people can't differentiate between that and deconstruction.
I only got Ghost of the two, I'm not really a fan of what I heard from anything he's done metal wise other than the song he closed with in Manchester when I saw him (went as a favour for a mate, who came to a gig with me as a favour)
