Reconsidered basically. Wondered how good (or bad) my diet was and how long I'd go on for.

Spicy pizza - Pepperoni, green peppers, chili flakes, spicy mince, red onion, BBQ sauce - 4 fists.

The lass working in the local chippers never gets the base right (the bloke running the place is the only one who can do pizza properly really) and it is never quite spicy enough, but it was decent, so I'll give it 4 fists.

Misogyny served tepid.

Pasta (penne) and chicken, onions, mushrooms, red & green peppers, in a pepper/chili flakes/garlic tomato based sauce, topped with mozzarella, served with some garlic bread. 5 fists.

This evening I had stir fried pork with some veg. and a sweet chili & garlic sauce and pilau rice. Ridiculously nice, 5/5.

No chorizo with that chicken? :O

Balled up turkey, broc, kale, butter, cheese, peanut butter and dark choc for after.

Basically robot food, might as well have put them shits into a blender and necked the cunt.

Yesterday: chicken, onion & carrot stir fried with a szechuan tomato sauce, pilau rice. Cooked enough for two dinners but I was so hungry and it was so nice that I pigged out on the lot. I regret nothing. 5/5.

Today: as it's national fish & chips day, I had ray wings (baked) with oven chips and mixed veg. The bones/cartilage were a pain and the fish itself was a ted bland so it's just 3/5 for that one.
