I've never had wholewheat pasta, is there a noticeable difference? I'm under doctor's orders to eat plenty of fibre/wholewheat, so I should give that a go.

It tastes a bit more grown up, but something strong on it like pesto or olive oil/garlic type shiz, you notice it less. My local supermarket does high fibre white pasta which is barely distinguishable.

Just eat a bunch of seeds/oats/fruit and eat it earlier in the day than your sugary stuff and you're golden innit.

Wholewheat spaghetti is fucking ace. Prefer it to the regular one with a bolognese sauce, to be honest.
