I'm going to watch Dead Snow 2.

If Crom is lying about how good it is I'm going to fart on a kitten. A disabled kitten. A minority disabled kitten.

He's not lying, he genuinely believes it is that good.

Which is no guarantee of anything.

Nope.

No tramadol to blame.

Dead Snow 2 did not disappoint.

It wasn't mind-blowing but it was an entertaining and silly film.

This is true. I was also extremely drunk when I saw it.

It's pretty good. I might have built it up too much so it didn't live up to what you hoped, but it's very good. I might watch Cockneys vs Zombies sober next, see if I still feel the same as I found that very entertaining too.

This explains your cinematic taste.

That and my childish sense of humour. I'm still 15 inside, I am like some crap Peter Pan.

Has anyone seen The New York Ripper? I've not seen it but the trailer makes it look laughably brilliant.

TNYR is actually pretty good. You just have to ignore the fact that the killer speaks like a duck.

Aww! I was convinced the killer was going to end up being Donald Duck. You needed to put a spoiler alert on that. :D

Are you sure it wasn't just Zetro singing in the background?

Nah it sounded like Donald Duck had pulled a Christmas cracker and got a nifty gift in it.

Working my way through the Maniac Cop films as I'd only seen first one and that was years ago. Better than I remembered it being, and has Campbell actually acting in it, rather than being hammy.

4 fists, but one of those fists is just because Campbell is awesome.

Will do 2 and 3 over next couple of days.

Maniac Cop 2 is great. Robert Davi is cool and Leo Rossi is grubby, and there's even an early (albeit very brief) appearance from Danny Trejo.

The third one is a bit naff but it does feature one of the longest burn sequences filmed at that time. Davi owns the film and a young Jackie Earle Haley pops up.

I'm a big fan of Hatchet! One of my top Picks. I hope it never gets the axe.

Having bought it means I get to see all the extras too. I do like Hodder, he's very entertaining. Great films.

Creep show 1 and 2 were pretty awesome and pretty much my introduction to the horror genre at the tender age of 7.
