And a right crack it was both times, too. My right elbow has never been quite the same since "Hamburger Hill", and I still feel guilty about the amount of mud I got into Mike's M-4...

There's actually a new brewery launch on Sunday at my local real ale pub, they're launching Mithril Ales:

Should be a good day, 3 new beers! :) Happy times

I like the bottle version never tried the cask. You'll have to do a report.

Thwaites really don't do it for me. It's not awful, just a bit disappointing.
Holts is brewed in Hyde isn't it. I seem to remember liking some of their beers. Marble is another good Manc brew.
A friend is allegedly starting up a micro brewery by the name of "Brew Haha". I've got a couple of bottles of his in my room, but I'm saving them for a special occasion.

Real Ale seems to be the only thing that getting me hammered these days. I used to be big on Theaksons XB, now I just go anything over 5% that I like the name of or has a cool bottle.

I did have some banana stuff a while ago..... not too nice.... also a chocolate one... ditto....
