Weighed myself this morning, I'm down two stone since Feb. last year. First time I've come in under 19 stone for 5 or 6 years. Still a long way to go, obviously but moving in the right direction. Eating better, drinking less and being more active, about time I copped on, really. Being back at work helps, too.

Yeah, I was thinking that working would be helping to get you moving. Keep it up, Sol. :)

Good work! I hadn't realized you were such a big chap, Sol. What height are you?

Just over 6 foot, though I might have slumped a bit. Wasn't always such a fat bastard (I was considered 'lanky' 20 years ago!), but lack of exercise, shit diet & especially being out of work for a while have all contributed. On the right track now, so that's good. Cheers chaps.

Good man Sol. It's a great feeling. I'm the same height as you and I was about 21 stone at my worst. I'm 16 and a half now. Ideally I'd like to be 13.

I'd like to be 20 stone.

The gf recently lost 12 stone in 10 months and is literally a completely different person.

That's extremely quick. She must have really gone for it to achieve that.

Indeed, you'd assume that would be quite a shock to the system. But well done, nonetheless.

Thanks all.

She followed some meal replacement diet and now has slowly introduced food back in. She was monitored medically during the loss as she was in a constant state of ketosis.

I GOT 'ICON' ON CD! Great artworks and sound. Next time I'll find 'Tragic Illusion' on CD and this is it, until next album, which I will buy as digipack.
