Was the most tiring thing I've done in years, but very enjoyable. Calisthenics, Few yoga stretches, cardio, padwork. Absolutely battered. But fun, a different kind of vibe to Jiujitsu, but I think I'm definitely gonna keep both up. Helps both classes seem to have a bunch of friendly people and friendly teachers.

My grim realistic post-modern short story which was written back in 2015 was published in the Magazine today! Yohooo!

Cheery thought: I put 2 bird feeders up at the weekend. I'm amazed at how much joy there is seeing the birds starting to use them.

Padwork, endurance and bodyweight workouts for the most part, with a focus on technique over power for beginners like me. Though we do a lot of cardio and we did some conditioning last week. Not looking forward to having medicine balls dropped on my stomach though.
Sparring happens for those who are preparing for fights, but I think they do privates more for that.

What birds do you get?
Jaybirds, blackbirds and tits so far. Maybe a robin one day too.
Nice.
The missus rescued a bird on our patio last week, got the RSPCA out to it and they took it away with them. I thought it was fucked like but they said nothing was broken and it just needed a rest.
My daughter is only a month from being born now. I'm honestly one huge ball of emotion right now.
You a The Father! Good luck man! A friend of mine are young father too, and also he got good wife as the person to build a live with. They are happy about their kid
It's such an important, dangerous but priceless thing. I am very happy about you! Listen to the specialists and dont hold your kid to the one and only point of a view to anything. I've seen lots of creepy parents due my small professional career but good persons there too which is always cool to remember about. And yeah, kids needs to be loved and comfortable safety to explore the world around, but I prefer to grew up in an realism atmosphere and not idealistic ones. If I will be a father one day I would strive to find a good balance around it.
