Kerry scalded her hands last week (not badly, but enough to make her scream and for them to go red for a day or two) in their toilets. We were less than happy so they sorted that out, basically as a "quietener". If it had been any worse we'd have taken it further. It's not about the money but we were pissed off and they wouldn't have liked the publicity. Especially as the daughter of the friend we were with cut her foot on the bottom of the door not ten minutes previously. We shared the vouchers with her.

I assume you'll spend those mcdonalds vouchers in a different place?
