Even though it was massively undersold and taxpayers pick up the old pensions pot?

Cameron and co are cunts and cancer would be far to good for 'em, in fact i would like to pin any of 'em to the ground and cut their throats and stare into their faces as the lights go out.

In your Blair/Thatcher comparison I'm assuming you made it on accounts of both leading us to war, because economically they are both very different.

They both led us into wars that didn't need to happen, apart from that i was taking the piss as Blair would be a wet Tory but a Tory all the same.

Always been a Labour voter but voted for the Greens in the last local election and they actually won our ward (Rochford West). Given this is a safe Tory seat (Rayleigh and Wickford with a majority of 22,000) will probably vote Green again this time.

Agree with OLP we can't have a Tory regime again; we will have no public social care or health service to talk about if we do. The nightmare scenario is a Tory/UKIP coalition.

Why do UKIP have so much support? They believe in very little.

They don't have that much support, the media likes you to think otherwise so people will vote.

They've got the market cornered on the BNP vote share, but that's about it really. They hit that ol' glass ceiling hard now.

Scaremongering be damned, the FPTP system will crush them.

The BNP and the NF before them did quite well in opinion polls but that never materialized into many votes once an election came. They will do better than the NF/BNP as they are racist light and that is more palatable for more of the public.

Greens suffering financially and are asking the tax payer pay up.

I say if they can't be self sufficient then they just can't be.

So political parties should be open to the corruption that donors bring? The latest tax dodging fiasco should tell you how bad an idea that is.

If a party can't operate it's own finances how can they expect to run the country's finances?

If they can't attract doners it's down to their policies.

So you think it's ok for people to buy power?

That is not democracy and makes the whole election process null and void.

Not buy power but earn success by getting out there and working hard, canvass, leafleting, there's plenty of things other than screaming entitlement.
