Turns out that our first post-Brexit PM is literally an unelected banker.

Quote:
Born in Eastbourne, Sussex, May studied geography at St Hugh's College, Oxford. From 1977 until 1983, May worked at the Bank of England, and from 1985 until 1997 at the Association for Payment Clearing Services

Forward to freedom from elites, o noble England!

She's unelected? Add that one to the list of things attributed to her lately - being the Wicked Witch of the West, a neo Nazi, a bitch (of course) - Frankie Boyle's even compared her to the T1000 in Terminator. Unelected now too. She certainly gets around.

She's unelected as far as most of us are concerned.

She's a Remainer as well, so fuck knows how our supposedly heroic emancipation from the supposed evil empire is going to pan out. She's thrown a bit of meat to the Leavers with her "Brexit means Brexit" statement but that's about as vague as you can get. Does she mean right now? Within a year? 2030?

Ironic that one of the regular charges against the EU was layers of red tape. Well, with the amount of negotiation and legal teams piling on on all sides like a rugby scrum, we clearly haven't seen anything yet.

It is a little ironic our first post-brexit prime minister got through only on the votes she got off her colleagues. But I am also encouraged by her stance against crony-capitalism.

Can't say I'm that arsed or surprised. Remain or Leave, we were stuck with a tory government untill 2025. Corbyn's mob couldn't organise a bum rape in a barracks as Malcom Tucker would put it.

And the Leave side sabotaged their own position with their own shitty rhetoric so it's their fault alone they're out in the cold.

In a way I hope they sabotage it to make us stay in. The knock on effect of effectively voiding 17 million votes would be wonderful to watch. We'd get a proper house clean then.

Besides, we effectively left the EU when Britain crashed out of the ERM. Anything else is just a formality.

Theresa May has cleansed the vast majority of her cabinet of privately educated MP's... The "elite" are cast out to the backbenches now for a fresh government. Overall I'm pleased with the cabinet even in there are a few surprises in it.

I see nothing in the cabinet that encourages me that anything positive will come out of the appointments. Privately educated or not the majority are still austerity supporting twatbags! Hammond may actually be worse than Osbourne.

George Osbourne wasn't always on the ball but overall he'll be remembered for cutting the deficit by two thirds... Or by cutting public service budgets also, for some.

Erm, he hasn't reduced the deficit. He's increased it. As well as slashing public spending. He's an absolute failure!

Who is this bullshitting cunt, "her stance against crony-capitalism"?? what the fuck! Her husband is a large share holder of G4S, you know the ones that keep fucking up but keep getting government contracts. As for some of the other shit you've written you really must be some kind of deluded idiot.
