Can't we just leave this topic until there's important news regarding PL to share?

The constants of life:

Death
taxes
Tragic bumming PL.

At least the last album was good for a while but it has no staying power. I'm not looking through the thread but did Tragic literally spaff all over his screen when they released that?

Paradise Lost are starting working on a new material. Would record it on spring of 2017. Should be not less heavy than The Plague Within. Also, PL would remaster or even re-record 'Host' album. Fuckin A news!

While I'm looking forward to new PL material, the idea of Tragic_Idol's enthusiastic posting about every new mini update about the band isn't quite as exciting. }:)

The Plague Within didn't have much staying power for me either.

I'll check out the next album when it comes out but the days of being excited over new PL albums ended a while ago for me personally.

Taxes don't have to be so big of a burden. If we would become more independent from the government than we currently are then taxes would decrease rapidly.

Symphony For The Lost is the last great gift PL have given us!

TPW is excellent but better with the bonus tracks - or over too quickly! I think it would be cool to have their next album to showcase their variety even more!

Post Re: The Paradise Lost Merry-Go-Round thread
I've heard people complain about TPW not sounding cohesive enough. Personally it doesn't bother me but I really do wonder what the band will come up next. Part of me wouldn't mind some stuff more in the vein of ''Beneath Broken Earth'' and/or ''Flesh from Bone'' but at the same time I feel it could be be too...dunno, un-Paradise Lost? Hah.

Time will tell but for me personally I can't imagine being really disappointed by this band anytime soon.

Not my kind of music and not my kind of female vocals. Nick Homes sounds tolerable though.
