I was led to believe that NB give their artists complete creative freedom.

Nuclear Blast just want every metal band ever on their label. They started out bootlegging Earache albums...

I dreamt that The Plague Within was on NB.

Last night I dreamt I saw Dark Angel with their best (first) singer. Funny enough it took place on my primary school.

On a more serious note: seems like Adrian Erlandsson has left Paradise Lost. Metal-archives no longer list him as an active band member.

Opeth have joined up with NB too, I hope I'd like to buy the next Opeth album. I wasn't tempted to buy their
last two records.

I doubt they give them _complete_ freedom, but I've heard the level of interference is relatively low and they aren't as bad as what Century Media were back in the late 90's and early 00's.

Nuclear Blast mostly sign bands that are proven commodities with dedicated fanbases though, so they know bands like Opeth and Paradise Lost are not going to record Dubstep albums!~

I guess
1) PL will goes more deeply in doom\death with their next album
2) As NB far bigger than CM maybe they will be able to do a proper US tour.

Even if the first thing happens, I doubt it would be because PL had switched labels.

The second thing I don't know of though.

Still, CM seems to have a good amount of real metal on its side while NB is full of bands that have been sounding watered down for decades or are just playing silly modern crap that no one will care about in the years to come, so I have this prejudge the change of labels for PL might not be for the best. I'd love to be wrong of course.

PARADISE LOST ALBUMS ‘HOST’ AND ‘BELIEVE IN NOTHING’ MADE AVAILABLE DIGITALLY FOR THE FIRST TIME

PARADISE LOST·17 ИЮНЯ 2016 Г.

Legendary doom metal band Paradise Lost have announced that their seventh and eighth albums ‘Host’ and ‘Believe In Nothing’ are to be made available digitally for the very first time on 17/06/16.
‘Host’ and ‘Believe In Nothing’ marked the height of Paradise Lost’s flirtations with electronic and experimental rock. Originally released by EMI in 1999 and 2001, the band moved towards a more electronic direction with Nick Holmes' vocals becoming increasingly melodic rather than the intense doom laden growls the band were known for.
Yet Paradise Lost’s alluring gloominess still shone through on these tracks; Holmes’ trademark depressive and heart-wrenchingly honest lyrics were still present along with the band’s brooding atmospheric sounds, albeit with less feedback, heavy doom and more claustrophobic synths.
‘Host’ was seen as a bold move by the band to expand beyond the conventions of the genre and break new ground in darkwave, whilst ‘Believe In Nothing’ gradually reintroduced more guitar into Paradise Lost’s sound, helping the band to realise their creative vision. Frontman Nick Holmes comments:
"Many people have asked over the years, but down to contractual issues we have never been able to make them available, so it's great to announce that our albums Host and Believe in Nothing are finally available to stream on Spotify and Digital download."

Last month Paradise Lost also announced the reissue of their influential third album, ‘Shades Of God’, on limited edition picture disc LP to be released through Music For Nations on 22nd July.

I will do, However Motörhead Aftershock is next. After that there's a load of band's who need just one more addition to my collection and Faith divides us will then be top priority.

Motörhead album's are strangely either good or great and Bad Magic is a good one.
