Really? They're really clutching at straws, aren't they?

^^That link is dead.

There is nothing on PL's official Facebook page about it either. Only Host.

From PL fan site on FB:

"Another reissue also in CD - Digipak (photo of BIN)

Band - Paradise Lost
Product Type - 2LP
Release Date - 23/02/18"

No details of bonus content but probable cover change like Host to differentiate from standard edition.

I might be interested in that if the track listing was different from the original release.

Hi! To me ''Host Remastered'' sounds more definitive and lounder. Here what Jaime Gomez saying:

Quote:
»Host« is a fantastic album with a stellar production. When I had the opportunity to remaster it, I focused on warming it up through analogue tape and giving it more of that analogue 'vibe' since a lot of records from that period were a bit thin sounding in comparison to today‘s standards. The remaster resulted in more depth and bass frequencies and generally a warmer and fuller sound. I hope the fans enjoy it!

Believe in Nothing 2018 will be out this summer and should be completely remixed. Dunno, is it helpful for this shitty album but if atleast one song will be refreshed better I am happy. Die to listen 'World Pretending' live.

Are Tragic and Blacklorre still regulars here?

Blacklorre certainly is but we haven't seen much action from Tragic in quite a while now.

Perhaps he's been "erased" for "the last time"; banished to the "hallowed land" where "so much is lost" in the "embers fire". May the "shadow kings" bow their heads in "remembrance" of their "eternal" "tragic idol".

I honestly believe that blacklorre will still be here when we're all long gone. You can't deny his enthusiasm & longevity. He's one of those personalities that keeps this forum interesting during these quiet periods.

The recent posts in this thread have just reminded me that it has already been 14 months since Medusa was released. Bloody hell time flies. Only feels like 6 months ago.

The Host remaster doesn't sound that much better to my ears. It's louder, certainly, but not I'm not sure how much better it is.

I'm curious about the re-release of Believe In Nothing, but only if they include some of the castaways as bonus tracks.
