The last one was hit and miss. This one's Mameli and hired hands, I think they were 'split' for less than two years this time 'round.

I really want to like Leviathan but just can't take him/it seriously post-that one man BM band Vice documentary. Genuinely just seems like try hard antics now.

Is there another Pestilence 'reunion'? By gosh the last one was terrible.

This one isn't. Not to me anyway. It might only be a Pestilence tribute act at this point, but it's a damn good album nonetheless.

The new COC is getting really good reviews.

They have been hit and miss since Wiseblood though.

Listened to it the other day. It's good, not exceptional. At 15 tracks, it's too long.

In The Arms Of God was good. The self-titled one with Mike back on vox was a bit shite, though. I like the new one, mind you. Probably too much on it, as Sol says.

In The Arms Of God was great, probably my favourite COC album, and the s/t album really grew on me after a while. The last one didn't make much of an impression on me though. LAID:

Out of morbid curiosity or masochism, take your pick.

Interesting! That should be well worth a listen.

It's pretty damn good. I'm not a fan of theirs in general but this sounds alright.

Kearns? Haven't met him in years but he did disappear up his own arse around the time of the Fifth Dominion/Arcane Sun switch, if not before.

Yeah, him. Another one of these pricks who claimed to be around for all sorts of shit, despite being far too young to take the cunt seriously (see Alan Averill, Daire O'Laoghaire, etc.) I recall him showing up at a Nile show wearing a 'vintage' Altars Of Madness shirt that was at least 2 sizes too small for him. 'Oh, I got this when the album came out...' No you fucking didn't, you lying cunt
