I'd forgotten about him. The pillock. But clearly King Diamond is the one true king.

Its hard to do that justice but they managed it. Didnt they cover Ministry, or is that my imagination?

Yeah, there's a 'Stigmata' cover floating around somewhere, on the 'Hive' EP, I think.

Re Buzzo: I read somewhere that his Slayer comment was him hitting back at Kerry King for saying that the Melvins shouldn't have been at Ozzfest because they weren't proper metal (rather ignoring the fact that Limp Bizkit and other Ozzfest regulars weren't proper metal either).

on the subject of the mighty K.D, a new album doesn't seem to be on the cards for 2010 after all. I haven't read a thing about it, and it's already May.

In fact, not a lot of people know that King Diamond is in fact not a genuine reigning monarch, but is in fact styled 'King' solely as a fanciful pseudonym.

Pfft, he needs not human titles! He is a King of evil, his kingdom is in the soul of man.

Come on, have you not listened to Them? King is his first name. Like the tiger-guy out of Tekken. They should work on a project together.

Regardless, King Diamond is THE King. Not Buzz, or Elvis or Jerry Lawlor.

Its good, but nowhere close to the original. Although, I must say, and I am an Emperor fan, it is better than any of their own material.
