Not sure how I think about this. It's very ''serious riff-y'' prog metuhl, but at the same time doesn't really grab my attention at this point.

Never bothered with this album because...I don't even know, really. I remember the debut being plain average though.

Refugees Denied just sounds like a weak product of its time from what I recall. I'm not a Savatage fan either. Their main guitarist who passed away could shred but he was never the best riff-writer and Jon's vocals were also a mixed bag.
